Margaret Kantlehner came to Fidelity National Title in 2019 from a law school faculty, where she served in various positions including Senior Fellow of the Faculty of Law, Associate Professor of Law, Director of Externships, and Associate Dean for External Relations. She has over twenty years’ experience in private practice, advising clients in matters related to real estate, estate planning, probate administration, and guardianship. Margaret serves as a liaison between the Company’s regional claims division located in Jacksonville, FL, the North Carolina Fidelity and Commonwealth branch offices and our insured owners and lenders. She provides underwriting support for both agent and direct operations and presents continuing legal education for attorneys.
She received her bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and her juris doctor from Campbell University. Margaret has lived in Greensboro most of her life. She enjoys family, books, art, and a good walk outside.
